Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 5th International Eurasian Mycology Congress (EMC 2026) will be held on 1–3 September 2026 in Edirne, Türkiye, hosted by Trakya University.

The congress aims to bring together researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals from related sectors working in mycology, providing an international scientific platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

Abstract Submission

  • Submit via the Registration portal — create an account first
  • Abstracts must be original and not contain previously published results
  • Prepared in English; clear, precise, academically appropriate language
  • Title must accurately reflect content — no abbreviations
  • Length: 200–300 words — no figures or tables
  • Provide 3–5 keywords
  • Each participant: maximum 2 papers

Poster Presentations

  • No printed poster area — electronic display panels only
  • Submit poster files to technical staff
  • Use clear visual hierarchy — legible font, high-quality visuals
  • Prepare in PDF format (1920 × 1080 pixels)

All full papers and extended abstracts submitted to EMC 2026 are subject to blind peer review. Manuscripts are assessed based on their scientific quality, originality, and methodological soundness.

Supporting Journals

Information regarding supporting journals for EMC 2026 — where full-text papers and extended abstracts may be considered for publication — will be announced on the congress website. Abstracts and full-text papers will be prepared in electronic book format. Accepted papers will be directed to the relevant journals following the peer review process.
